The High Council can be reached via the e-mail addresses listed in the High Council section in the Forums. The reason they are not listed here is because listing e-mail addresses on web sites that are public leads to spam. The High Council would like to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible and therefore seeks to avoid slowing the process down by having to deal with spam.
Rights and Responsibilities of the High Council
The High Council is responsible for the decision making in the Order. It is also the highest authority, since there is no "headmaster". The High Council elects its own members, but the Order can nominate someone for consideration if they feel a person should be considered. Ultimately however the decision lies with the High Council.
Decisions made by the entire High Council are non-negotiable and final. The High Council may choose to re-consider a past decision at any time, but it is completely up to the High Council if the choose to do so.
The High Council administers the trials, decides curriculum, and okays harsher punishments beyond assignments, fines, and warnings. It also has full moderator abilities and has the authority to move or delete a post or topic without warning. However, it is the policy of the High Council to whenever possible, always inform the offending members when they have made posts or topics that need to be deleted.
